You have probably noticed a significant change to the applications interface as well as our website. We have been working hard to bring you a new look complete with some feature upgrades and speed enhancements. We would love to hear any feedback you may have regarding these updates!

Added Features

  • View 1 and View 2 have been collaborated into one view, still called View 2. From here there is a day, week, two week and month view sorted by employee, as well as a week and month view by shift
    • Go to eSchedules, click View 2. Can sort through the different time intervals at the top right
  • Employees can now pickup Open Shifts from their calendar
    • Go to your calendar tab, use the drop-down menu at the bottom to show all shifts at your location. You can then click on an Open Shift that you’re available for to pick it up
  • Drag and drop “Open Shifts” on schedule to an available employee and they will automatically be filled into it
  • Customizable colors for schedule status (pending, approved, warnings, etc.)
  • Precision day slider added to all dashboard tables
  • When selecting an employee for a shift their availability is displayed

General Updates

  • Entirely redesigned interface, including new logo, colors and scheduler
  • Improvements to function speed within the application
  • Time-off tab is now referred to as “absences”
  • Clicking to accept open shifts or make trades now brings up a full description of the shift
  • Shift options modal now remains open when you make changes to a shift and click save – use “close” to exit the window

Fixed Bugs

  • Employees can once again accept shifts and trade shifts from their calendar view
