What's with the setup fees?
eSchedule understands that every customer has slightly different requirements for scheduling (it's not easy, we know). It's why we don't force our solution on you before understanding your needs. We like to get to know you and your unique requirements. By doing so, our experts can pre-configure eSchedule in a way that best meets the needs of your business. The setup fee pays for this pre-configuration and includes a live training session with one of our scheduling experts who will show you the ropes.
How does the 60-day Money Back Guarantee work?
If you cancel within 60 days of signing up you'll receive a full refund (including setup fees). If you choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued after the initial 60 day period and we don't prorate for partial months.
Is this a long-term commitment?
eSchedule is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts of commitments on your part. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.
What if I want more manager accounts?
No Problem! Your monthly rate will automatically adjust as you add more managers to your account. You will never be hit up for any extra upgrade fees, ever.
What types of payment do you accept? Will you take a P.O.? Can you invoice us?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
